With over 19 years in the business world, I have built my career from the ground up, starting as a receptionist and team clerk and progressing into senior roles overseeing complex projects and operations. This journey has given me a rare, 360° perspective of how organisations function, from frontline delivery to executive decision making, and a deep appreciation for the value of exceptional customer service at every level.

My experience spans multi-agency partnerships across sectors, from small third sector organisations to large statutory bodies and national governing institutions. This has equipped me with a deep understanding of how diverse teams and systems can work together to deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes.

Recently graduating with a Business degree, I’ve combined academic insight with nearly two decades of practical experience to offer a comprehensive suite of services, including bookkeeping, administrative support, project management, compliance monitoring, and CRM system setup.
